Customer Background
The Korean customer is located in Cheongsu, South Korea. The customer mainly sells lettuce and supplies lettuce to the high consumption market in South Korea. The customer has been operating this business for many years and has accumulated a lot of customer resources in South Korea.
Before cooperating with us, the customer only used simple greenhouses for planting. In summer, the temperature inside the greenhouse rose sharply, causing serious losses such as bolting and tipburn in lettuce. Moreover, there was a large temperature difference between day and night, and the local products were expensive. Additionally, the Korean local engineering and construction teams were lazy, which seriously affected the planting progress.

Project Requirements And Challenges
Before the project was launched, we had multiple in-depth communications with the client and identified three core challenges:
● The issue of cross-border worker dispatch
The customer mentioned in the early stage that the local labor costs in Korea are too high, and our project requires high-altitude operations. No one is willing to work on the roof, and there were many installation problems during the installation period, requiring installation guidance.
● Construction period pressure
The customer is in a hurry to plant a new batch of lettuce, so the deadline is very tight. They require us to complete the installation and put it into production before March. This means that we don't have much time left. We need to complete everything from signing to using within three months.
● High pressure for rapid production
The customer had multiple orders in negotiation at that time, requesting to complete the greenhouse construction and put it into use before a specific planting season (spring of the following year). This means that the time window left for us from design, production to installation and debugging is very tight.
Our Solution
We provide an integrated solution of "product+technology+service" to meet the needs of our customers:
● Signing labor contracts across borders and dispatching local Chinese workers
We have established a project team, specifically found local employment departments and experienced Chinese installation teams, and we have dispatched our technical manager to provide guidance.
● Customize a design scheme suitable for Cheongju
We have adopted a double-layer film design scheme, which greatly increases the thermal insulation effect and ensures that the light transmittance is still greater than 90%. After calculation, even in winter nights, the temperature can be maintained. We have also equipped it with a fan wet curtain system and an internal and external sunshade system, which can fully meet the temperature requirements in summer. In addition, we have installed a mist spraying system just in case.
● Modular Quick Installation Solution
Considering the client's schedule requirements, we have adopted a pre processed modular design to advance laser cutting, drilling, and robot welding of all skeletons in the factory. Only assembly is required on site, and with the assistance of Chinese workers and Korean workers on site, this solution has shortened the on-site construction period by more than 40%.
Service Process
We have always adhered to the service philosophy of "full companionship" throughout the entire project from negotiation to delivery:
Phase 1: Requirement docking and on-site survey
The sales team and design team cooperated with each other to confirm all the local climate conditions within a week. They created and revised multiple versions according to the client’s requirements. The final CAD drawings and 3D renderings were very satisfactory to the customer.
Phase 2: Final confirmation of the plan and visa promotion
The customer was not very satisfied with the rainproof effect. We changed the plan as soon as possible and processed the visa application for the design manager, and entered the country in a timely manner.
Phase 3: Merge personnel and goods
Continuously providing feedback on production progress to customers during the factory production period, and finally achieving seamless connection between construction personnel and goods on site at the same time.
Phase 4: On site Installation and Technical Assistance
The entire installation process was extremely smooth, with the assistance of the Chinese construction team and local Korean people, including professional guidance from engineers, from ground foundation, skeleton splicing, membrane tensioning to environmental control system debugging. The effective operation time was controlled to 28 days, and it only took 45 days from start to completion.
Phase 5: Delivery training and after-sales connection
On the day of acceptance, the engineer filmed the overall acceptance video, and the customer feedback: "I didn't expect it to be completed so quickly, I truly experienced the speed of China”
Customer Feedback
Within 2 months after the project was delivered, we connected to the client via video link, and the client provided feedback:
”The Sainpoly team not only provided high-quality greenhouses, but also provided professional technical support and patient communication throughout the entire process. After the new greenhouse was built, the lettuce production increased significantly through the intelligent control system, which was 30% faster than the previous growth cycle. Through the intelligent environmental control system and hydroponic system, the lettuce not only did not miss the production cycle, but also achieved a growth rate that exceeded last year's growth rate. After our technical calculation, it is expected that the output value will increase by 35% this year. I will have the next cooperation with Sainpoly within 2 months.”
