With the rapid development of local tourism, the demand for leafy vegetable products has been continuously increasing. However, due to environmental and temperature conditions, the current supply cannot meet the market demand.
In this context, customers began to look for partners who could provide standardized and intelligent greenhouse solutions.

Project Requirements and Challenges
Before the project was launched, we had in-depth discussions with the client on how to build the project more smoothly and rapidly:We identified three core challenges.
1. Limited land resources and high requirements for climate adaptability
Firstly, Singapore has limited land resources and a small area. Customers who have short lease periods prefer to choose stable-structured, intelligent and high-yield greenhouses.
Secondly, Singapore is located in the tropics and is constantly under the control of the equatorial low-pressure zone. The average temperature ranges from 23 to 34 degrees Celsius, and the annual rainfall is approximately 2,400 millimeters. The humidity is between 65% and 90%. The hot and humid weather conditions cause leafy vegetables to encounter problems such as leaf burn or root rot during their growth.
2. The demand for intelligent planting is urgent.
The traditional film greenhouses are unable to meet the requirements of the customers. The customers expect that the greenhouses can be equipped with multiple intelligent systems, reducing the investment in human resources and enhancing the reliance on technology and operation.
3.Time is tight and the task is difficult.
The client had already prepared the land and wanted to complete the greenhouse project and put it into use before the rainy season. Therefore, the schedules and accuracy rates of multiple branches such as design, production, and transportation could not afford any mistakes.
Our solution
In response to the customers' demands, we have provided an integrated solution consisting of "all-glass greenhouse + hot-dip galvanizing technology + full-service assistance throughout the process":
● Customized greenhouse design
Based on the local meteorological data of Singapore over the past 20 years, we have specially designed the fifth-generation Venlo greenhouse for our customers:
▶ Overglassing: The daylight transmittance is over 90% during the day, and the thermal insulation performance at night is enhanced by 30%.
▶ Overhanding windows + top-opening windows natural ventilation system: In conjunction with the FCU (cooling) system, it responds quickly to changes in indoor temperature.
▶ Internal shading system: It can automatically adjust according to the light intensity to meet the light requirements of different vegetable varieties.
▶ Top cleaning machine: The top of the greenhouse can be cleaned according to actual needs to enhance the light transmittance and illumination.
● Intelligent environmental control system
We have added a climate control room for the customers, equipped with intelligent temperature control cabinets and multiple sensors. This enables automatic monitoring and coordinated control of temperature, humidity and light. The customers can view the greenhouse environmental data in real time through their mobile devices and adjust the parameters remotely.
● Modular rapid installation solution
Taking into account the client's schedule requirements, we adopted a pre-processing modular design - all the frames were cut, drilled and welded in the factory in advance, and only the assembly was required on site. This solution shortened the on-site construction period by more than 30%.
● Support for large-scale cultivation
Our design team provided suggestions for the internal planting layout of the greenhouse, including the arrangement of seedbeds, the planning of operation channels, and the reserved of interfaces for water and fertilizer integration, ensuring that the greenhouse can operate efficiently from the very first day of its construction.
Service Procedure
Throughout the entire process of communication, delivery, and handling of details of the project. we have consistently adhered to the service philosophy of "timely, professional, and throughout the process".
▶ Phase 1: Demand Alignment and On-site Survey
Our sales team conducted on-site investigations and data collection with the customers regarding the planning and usage of the land, the type of soil, the selection of greenhouse foundation piles and insertion depths, and the specification selection of the greenhouse framework. With the customers' active cooperation, we designed the preliminary plan and axonometric drawings, etc., one week ahead of the expected schedule.
▶ Phase 2: Scheme Confirmation and Detailed Design
The client provided some suggestions for adjustments to the initial scheme. Our design team promptly discussed and optimized the layout of the shading system and the settings of the circulating fans. After the scheme was confirmed, we provided detailed construction drawings and material lists.
▶ Phase 3: Factory Production and Quality Control
After the order is placed, our factory immediately starts production and adjusts the production schedule based on the current situation. The sales team has established an exclusive project service group for customers, promptly responding to other customer inquiries and regularly synchronizing the production progress, pictures, and videos of the orders. All skeletons undergo professional welding, laser cutting, and are strictly subject to the three-check system (self-check, mutual check, and specialized check) to ensure a 100% pass rate for the products upon leaving the factory.
▶ Phase 4: On-site Installation and Technical Guidance
After the greenhouse materials were delivered to Singapore, our company dispatched two experienced technical engineers to be on-site for guidance. The client organized a local construction team to cooperate. From the foundation construction to the main structure installation and then to the equipment debugging, the entire process took only 60 days.
▶ Phase 5: Integration of Training Delivery and After-Sales Service
On the day of project acceptance, our engineers conducted on-site demonstrations for the customers and provided detailed Chinese operation manuals and maintenance guidelines. The entire project process was smooth and efficient, and the customer expressed that the cooperation was very pleasant. Thanks to the previous communication, a lot of time was saved.
