Avoid freezing

The decrease in winter temperature leads to the freezing and death of vegetables.

The double-layer hollow covering material (glass/solar panel/inflatable membrane) reduces heat loss by half, and the Oxford cloth insulation screen (upgradable folding insulation blanket or double-layer inflatable membrane) further blocks nighttime cold radiation. Combined with reserved heating interfaces and zone adjustment functions, the nighttime temperature in the greenhouse is always not lower than 10 ℃. Ensure that the circulating nutrient solution does not become excessively cold, and that the root vitality and nutrient absorption capacity of vertical hydroponics are not affected, thereby ensuring that vegetables are free from freezing damage, dead seedlings, and safe and continuous production in severe cold seasons.

High Light Transmittance

Short exposure to light leads to slow growth of vegetables.

Integrated LED fill light module, supports adjusting the red and blue spectra according to crop needs, and extends the daytime light cycle to 14 hours. Adopting an independent lighting strategy for each layer, the lower plants receive the same intensity of photosynthetically active radiation as the upper layers, avoiding population disorder and yield loss caused by light gradients. Accelerate the overall growth cycle, increase the unit yield of vertical space, and ensure continuous and stable production throughout the year.

Risk of snow collapse

From the dual dimensions of roof form and skeleton strength, design measures are taken: steep pointed roofs or arched roofs accelerate the natural sliding of snow and reduce static loads on the roof; The main skeleton with increased cross-section and high-strength bolt nodes provide sufficient structural redundancy. The basic snow load capacity is 0.2-0.8kN/m ² and can be upgraded as needed. Even in the event of heavy snowfall, the greenhouse can still maintain overall stability, avoiding interruptions or asset losses in the vertical hydroponic system caused by collapse.

High energy cost

Double layered hollow coverage combined with nighttime insulation screen reduces winter heat loss by nearly half. After introducing partition control logic, the heating system only compensates heating for cultivation layers or areas with temperatures below the set threshold, eliminating energy waste. Significantly reducing the winter operating costs of vertical hydroponics and significantly improving the economic feasibility of annual planting.
