Avoid freezing

The decrease in winter temperature leads to the freezing and death of vegetables.

The outer layer is covered with double-layer insulated glass, solar panels or inflatable membranes, and the measured heat loss is reduced by 50% compared to single-layer; The inner side is equipped with Oxford cloth composite insulation screen, which can be upgraded to folding insulation blanket or double-layer inflatable film. Reserved heating system interface and partitioned independent temperature control circuit for greenhouse. The temperature of the circulating nutrient solution is synchronously maintained within the active zone of the roots, and the metabolism of the roots in the vertical hydroponic system is not inhibited, completely eliminating vegetable freezing damage and achieving stable winter production.

High Light Transmittance

Optional spectrum adjustable LED plant supplementary lighting system, with daily effective lighting extended to 14 hours. Adopting a layered independent supplementary lighting scheme, each cultivation frame is equipped with a dedicated light source to ensure that the lower plants are not obstructed by the upper leaves, and the photon flux density received by each layer is consistent. Realize uniform high yield throughout the entire layer, effectively compensating for the lack of natural sunlight in winter or rainy days.

Risk of snow collapse

Adopting a reinforced truss system and a steep pointed/arched roof, utilizing the inclined surface's self gravity to induce snow to slide and prevent roof accumulation. The cross-sectional size of the main skeleton is increased, and key nodes are locked with high-strength bolts to form a highly rigid load-bearing frame. The snow load design value covers 0.2 to 0.8 kN/m ² and supports upgrading to higher load levels based on local historical extreme values. This structure can maintain no deformation or collapse under blizzard conditions, ensuring the safe operation of the vertical hydroponic system.

High energy cost

Adopting a dual layer hollow covering material (glass/solar panel/inflatable membrane) and a coordinated insulation curtain scheme, and equipped with a zone independent temperature control system, the heating output can be adjusted according to the temperature requirements of crops in different areas on the vertical cultivation rack, avoiding ineffective energy consumption caused by unified heating of the entire shed.
