Avoid freezing

The decrease in winter temperature leads to the freezing and death of vegetables.

The covering layer uses double-layer hollow materials (glass/solar panel/inflatable membrane) to reduce heat loss by half, and is overlaid with Oxford cloth insulation screen (upgradable folding insulation blanket or double-layer inflatable membrane), with reserved heating interfaces and independent zone adjustment functions. The absorption vitality of the root system is not inhibited, and vegetable plants have no frost damage or dead seedlings, achieving safe overwintering and continuous production in a flat hydroponic system.

High Light Transmittance

Short exposure to light leads to slow growth of vegetables.

With the natural advantage of flat planting beds, all plants are placed on equally high light receiving surfaces. The optional adjustable spectrum LED fill light system has no blind spots or layered waste, and a single set of light sources can meet the light needs of crops in the entire area.

Risk of snow collapse

A steep roof (pointed or arched) accelerates the sliding of snow and reduces the residual load on the roof; Increase the main skeleton of the cross-section to match high-strength bolt nodes, providing sufficient structural redundancy. The basic snow load design value is 0.2-0.8kN/m ², and can be upgraded to higher specifications as needed. Even in extreme blizzard weather, it can maintain the stability of the shed and the continuous production of the flat planting system.

High energy cost

By the synergistic effect of double-layer hollow coverage and nighttime insulation curtain, the winter heat loss is reduced by nearly half. After introducing partition control logic, the heating system only starts in areas where the set temperature is below the threshold, and the entire shed is no longer synchronously heated, thus eliminating energy waste.
