Sainpoly's flat hydroponic greenhouse is aimed at global agricultural producers, achieving uniform distribution of light energy through flat planting beds, eliminating the electricity and maintenance costs of layered supplementary lighting, and providing intuitive and convenient operation. The greenhouse structure adopts hot-dip galvanized steel frame, which can be thickened by galvanizing or sprayed with plastic treatment, with a service life of 15-20 years. Through actual testing, it has maintained stable operation under conditions of -35 ℃ severe cold, 1.5 meters of snow cover, 12 level strong winds, and 50 ℃ high temperature, achieving uninterrupted production and income throughout the year.
The hydroponic process supports NFT shallow flow and DWC deep water cultivation, suitable for annual production of crops such as leafy vegetables, strawberries, herbs, tomatoes, etc., while meeting the needs of seedling cultivation, agricultural parks, and scientific research projects. The source factory of Shengbaoli supports full-size customization, providing one-stop delivery from design, production to installation and commissioning. After user acceptance, it can be put into production.

Avoid freezing
The decrease in winter temperature leads to the freezing and death of vegetables.
Adopting a double-layer hollow covering scheme (optional glass, solar panel or inflatable membrane), the measured heat loss is reduced by 50% compared to a single-layer one. The inner side is equipped with Oxford cloth composite insulation screen, which can be upgraded to folding insulation quilt or double-layer inflatable membrane structure. Reserved heating system interface and zone temperature control circuit for greenhouse.
