The Sainpoly Venlo Glass greenhouse is designed for commercial planting scenarios worldwide. The main structure adopts a Wenluo style truss system, with a peak snow load resistance of 1.0kN/m2, a wind resistance level of 12, and a designed service life of over 20 years. The winter insulation plan consists of three parts: double-layer insulated glass, internal insulation curtain, and reserved heating interface.

The measured indoor temperature at night is maintained above 10 ℃, and there is sufficient light transmission during the day, which is suitable for the growth and development of warm vegetables such as tomatoes, colored peppers, and cucumbers. The service chain covers climate adaptation design, factory on-demand production, and on-site installation and commissioning, achieving integrated delivery throughout the entire process.

Extreme cold insulation

Using double-layer insulated glass (heat transfer coefficient K ≤ 2.7 W/(m ² · K)) and aluminum foil internal insulation curtain to work together, the overall heat loss of the enclosure structure is reduced by 50% compared to the single-layer glass scheme. Under extreme low temperature conditions of -30 ℃ outdoors, the nighttime temperature inside the greenhouse can be stably maintained above 10 ℃, meeting the thermal environment requirements for overwintering production of warm vegetables such as tomatoes, colored peppers, and cucumbers.

High transmittance

High transmittance: Covering glass with a transmittance of ≥ 91%, ensuring the light requirements for crop photosynthesis. Optional scattering coating process can be used to evenly disperse direct light, avoid local strong light burning leaves and fruits, improve group light utilization efficiency, and promote photosynthesis in the middle and lower leaves of plants.

Strong and resilient structure

The Wenluo style truss and hot-dip galvanized steel skeleton combination system is adopted, with a snow load design value of 1.0kN/m2 (equivalent snow thickness of about 70cm), and a wind load tolerance level of 12, which can meet the structural safety requirements under extreme weather conditions such as blizzards and strong winds. The thickness of the galvanized layer shall not be less than 180g/㎡, significantly better than the standard of 120-150g/㎡ for ordinary coatings in the national standard. The anti-corrosion life of the substrate shall exceed 20 years, effectively reducing the maintenance and replacement costs throughout the entire life cycle.

Intelligent environmental control

Optional top/side window electric mechanism, wet curtain fan evaporative cooling system, drip irrigation and water fertilizer integrated unit, CO ₂ supplement device, and connected to IoT intelligent control cabinet. Each subsystem operates through a unified communication protocol, allowing users to remotely monitor the temperature, light, moisture, gas, and fertilizer parameters inside the greenhouse via their mobile phones. This achieves multi factor collaborative closed-loop control, significantly reducing the frequency of manual on-site monitoring and intervention.

Avoid freezing

Double layered insulated glass, aluminum foil internal insulation curtains, and pre embedded heating interfaces are installed for extreme low temperatures in winter. The overall heat loss of the enclosure structure is reduced by 50% compared to the single-layer glass scheme, and the indoor nighttime temperature remains stable at over 10 ℃, forming an effective temperature difference of not less than 40 ℃ with the outdoor environment, ensuring the safe overwintering of warm vegetables such as tomatoes, peppers, and cucumbers, and preventing low-temperature freezing damage.

High Light Transmittance

Short light exposure time leads to slow vegetable growth.

Select high transparency glass with a transmittance of ≥ 91% to maximize the capture of natural light resources and meet the basic needs of crop photoperiod. In response to the shortage of sunlight in winter or rainy days, an LED plant supplementary lighting system can be selected to extend the daily effective light duration to 14 hours, filling the natural light gap, maintaining the continuous operation of photosynthesis, and ensuring the normal growth rate and uniformity of vegetables.

Risk of snow collapse

Design a combination of reinforced truss system and steep roof. (pointed/arched), utilizing the inclination angle of the roof to guide snow to naturally slide under gravity, significantly reducing the accumulated load on the roof. The main section of the truss is enlarged, and key nodes are locked with high-strength bolts to form a highly rigid load-bearing path, ensuring that the structure has no permanent deformation or collapse risk under heavy snowfall conditions.

Double layered insulated glass enhances the insulation performance of the enclosure structure, reducing heat loss by 50% compared to single-layer glass. Cooperate with the zoning control system to independently adjust the heating intensity according to different planting areas.
