The Sainpoly Venlo greenhouse is designed for global commercial planting needs, with the ability to withstand extreme weather conditions such as severe cold, heavy snow, strong winds, and high temperatures, and can achieve stable production throughout the year.
In response to the three core pain points in winter production - low temperature environment, insufficient lighting, and high energy consumption, this product adopts an integrated technical solution of double-layer insulated glass, internal insulation curtain, and reserved interface for heating system. This plan can ensure that the temperature inside the insulated room remains above 10 ℃ at night in winter, with sufficient daylight during the day, fully meeting the growth needs of temperature loving vegetables such as tomatoes and cucumbers.
The main body of the greenhouse adopts a Wenluo style truss structure, with a maximum snow load resistance capacity of 0.8kN/m2, a wind resistance level of 12, and a designed service life of over 20 years.
At the service level, Shengbaoli provides a one-stop service for the entire process from climate adaptation design, factory customized production to on-site installation and commissioning.
Product Advantages
Durable and sturdy structure: The main frame is made of Q235B or higher high standard steel, which has been hot-dip galvanized with a galvanized layer thickness of ≥ 180g/㎡ (far exceeding the standard for ordinary steel). A single column can bear several tons of weight, and the overall structure has a service life of over 15 years. Its ability to resist snow pressure and wind erosion is industry-leading.
Maximizing sunlight utilization: 91% ultra-high transmittance, paired with diffuse glass options, strong light becomes soft light, crops are not burned or yellowed, higher light utilization rate, and more stable yield.
Intelligent environment control system: It can integrate modules such as electric film rolling, wet curtain fan, external sunshade, internal insulation, and IoT intelligent control cabinet. All subsystems can be remotely controlled through mobile phones or PCs to achieve automated management of greenhouse environments.
Direct supply from the source factory: The self-produced rate of core components reaches 90%, reducing intermediate links, controllable delivery time, and cost optimization. Holding CE certification and 15 technical patents, relying on a strict three inspection system, our products leave the factory with zero defects.
Customized services: We provide customized services for climate data collection, structural strength verification, foundation design, environmental control selection, irrigation schemes, and supplementary lighting systems at the project site.
