Product Description
Sainpoly Venlo Glass Greenhouse, specially designed for commercial cultivation worldwide. Integrated double-layer insulated glass+internal insulation curtain+triple insulation solution reserved for heating system, the indoor temperature can be stably maintained above 10 ℃ at night in winter, with sufficient daylight during the day, meeting the growth needs of warm vegetables such as tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, etc.
The main body of the greenhouse adopts a Venlo style truss structure, with a maximum snow load resistance of 1.0kN/m2 and a wind resistance level of 12. The design service life is over 20 years. The service scope covers one-stop delivery of climate adaptation design, factory customized production, and on-site installation and commissioning.

Double layer insulated glass (K value ≤ 2.7 W/(m ² · K)) combined with aluminum foil internal insulation curtain reduces the overall heat loss of the enclosure structure by 50% compared to the single-layer glass solution. -Under outdoor conditions of 30 ℃, the nighttime temperature inside the greenhouse can be stably maintained above 10 ℃, meeting the winter production needs of vegetables.

Covering glass with a transmittance of ≥ 91% to ensure the light requirements for crop photosynthesis. Optional scattering coating process can be used to evenly disperse direct light, avoid local strong light burning leaves and fruits, improve group light utilization efficiency, and promote photosynthesis in the middle and lower leaves of plants.

Designed with a combination of Venlo style truss and hot-dip galvanized steel frame. The design value of snow load is 1.0kN/m2 (equivalent snow depth of about 70cm), and the wind load can withstand 12 levels, meeting the structural safety requirements under extreme weather conditions.. The thickness of the galvanized layer is ≥ 180g/㎡ (higher than the national standard ordinary coating of 120-150g/㎡), ensuring a structural lifespan of over 20 years and reducing maintenance costs throughout the entire lifecycle.

Supports optional top/side window systems, wet curtain fan cooling systems, drip irrigation/water fertilizer integrated systems, CO ₂ replenishment systems, and IoT intelligent control cabinets. All subsystems can be remotely monitored and operated through mobile phones to achieve coordinated management of temperature, light, water, gas, and fertilizer in the greenhouse, reducing the cost of manual duty.
