The Sainpoly vertical hydroponic greenhouse is specially designed for commercial planting, with a vertical multi-layer hydroponic system that is not afraid of extreme weather conditions such as severe cold, heavy snow, strong winds, and high temperatures, ensuring stable production throughout the year. Hot dip galvanized steel structure, with a lifespan of 15-20 years, can withstand wind loads of 0.27-0.80KN/m2 and snow loads of 0.20-0.80KN/m2.
It supports NFT/DWC mode and vertical planting to increase yield per unit area. It is suitable for annual large-scale planting, seedling cultivation, and scientific research projects of leafy vegetables, strawberries, herbs, tomatoes, etc. One stop service: design, customization, installation, and debugging.

Application and Solutions

Avoid freezing
The decrease in winter temperature leads to the freezing and death of vegetables.
Choose double-layer insulated glass, solar panels or inflatable membranes to reduce heat loss by 50%; Paired with Oxford cloth insulation screen (optional upgrade to foldable insulation blanket or double-layer inflatable film); Simultaneously reserve heating interfaces and support zone control. The indoor nighttime temperature is ≥ 10 ℃, the temperature of the circulating nutrient solution is stable, and the vitality of the vertical hydroponic roots is not affected, ensuring overwintering production.
