Sainpoly hydroponic greenhouse is specially designed for commercial planting around the world. Hydroponic greenhouses are mainly divided into flat and vertical hydroponics, and are not afraid of extreme weather conditions such as severe cold, heavy snow, strong winds, and high temperatures, achieving stable production throughout the year.
Adopting hot-dip galvanized steel structure, optional upgrade of galvanizing or spray coating process, the design service life can reach 15-20 years, with wind resistance of 0.27-0.80KN/m ² and snow resistance of 0.20-0.80KN/m ², suitable for various climate environments. The greenhouse supports NFT/DWC hydroponic modes, which can be used for annual large-scale planting of leafy vegetables, strawberries, herbs, tomatoes and other crops, as well as for seedling cultivation, scientific research demonstration and agricultural park projects. We provide one-stop services from climate adaptation design, factory customized production to on-site installation and commissioning.

Application and Solutions
Extremely cold in winter,conventional greenhouse vegetable crops will experience irreversible freezing damage.
Avoid freezing
The decrease in winter temperature leads to the freezing and death of vegetables.
Configure double-layer insulated glass/solar panel/inflatable membrane (reducing heat loss by 50%)+Oxford cloth insulation screen (optional folding insulation blanket/double-layer inflatable membrane upgrade)+reserved heating interface+zone control. At -30 ℃ outdoors and ≥ 10 ℃ indoors at night, the temperature of the nutrient solution is stable to ensure overwintering production.
