Special Greenhouse for Coconut Coir Tomato Hydroponics
SAINPOLY hydroponic greenhouses are designed for commercial cultivation of tomatoes with coconut coir substrate hydroponics. Combined with coconut coir substrate and automatic drip irrigation system, each tomato plant is equipped with an independent liquid supply pipeline to precisely control irrigation volume, EC value and pH value. The nutrient solution recycling rate exceeds 60% for cyclic reuse.The Venlo high-light-transmission frame with 91% light transmittance cooperates with the vine hanging system to make full use of vertical space, achieving an annual output 2 to 3 times that of traditional soil planting.
Equipped with hot water heating, double-layer thermal insulation screen and LED supplementary lighting, it guarantees continuous production in winter without interruption. Full-wind insect-proof net and positive pressure filtration reduce pesticide usage and greatly improve the commodity rate of fruits. SAINPOLY provides full-process services covering substrate scheme design, irrigation zoning planning, customized nutrient solution formula, installation and operation training.
