Special Greenhouse for Cucumber Substrate Hydroponics
SAINPOLY hydroponic greenhouses are designed for high-density commercial cucumber cultivation with substrate hydroponics. Rockwool or coconut coir substrate is matched with an automatic drip irrigation system, with independent supply pipelines for each plant to realize precise water and fertilizer management and cyclic reuse of nutrient solution. The heavy-duty truss system can bear several tons of hanging crop load per bay, fully meeting the planting demands of high-density cucumber vine training.
The dual ventilation and evaporative cooling system precisely controls the greenhouse temperature below 32℃ and humidity at 70–85%, effectively inhibiting downy mildew and powdery mildew. The Venlo high-light-transmittance frame achieves 91% light transmittance, bringing an annual yield 2.5 times that of traditional planting. Equipped with full ventilation insect-proof net and sterile substrate cultivation, soil-borne diseases are fundamentally eliminated.
