Our film multi-span is the one we do the most of — it's simple, keeps costs down, and just works. The frame is light-gauge hot-dip galvanized steel with an arched roof design that sheds snow and wind naturally. Covering comes in single-layer, double-layer, or insect net depending on what you're dealing with climate-wise. The film itself uses newer domestic tech — we're getting 2 to 4 extra years out of it compared to standard stuff on the market.
People use these for vegetables, fruit, seedling nurseries, hydroponics — honestly most things. Heating and cooling you can spec however your environment calls for. And we handle the whole thing from start to finish: design, manufacturing, shipping, install guidance, and anything you need after.
Product Advantages
Frame that holds up: We use Q235B steel or better, then hot-dip galvanize the whole thing — zinc layer at 275 g/m², not the thin stuff you see on cheaper frames. That's why our customers don't call us about rust. Fifteen years in, the steel's still solid, even with all the humidity inside a working greenhouse.
Film options that make sense: Standard is PO film, light transmission above 85%. You can run single-layer or double — double-layer bumps your heat retention about 30%, which honestly makes a real difference if your nights get cold. PE, PEP, woven film are all on the table too. We spec based on where you are and what you're growing.
Climate control — as much or as little as you want:Top and side vents are electric film-rolling, dead simple. Add wet-curtain fans if you're in a hot place. From there you can layer in external shade net, internal aluminum-foil reflective screen, insulated thermal curtain — whatever your setup calls for. Control side goes from a basic manual panel to a full IoT smart cabinet you can run off your phone or laptop, anywhere.
We make it ourselves: About 90% of what goes into your greenhouse comes out of our own factory — steel processing, galvanizing, film cutting, accessories, all of it.
