Product Description
The multi-span greenhouse with plastic film is designed with the core concept of cost saving and convenient use. The main body adopts hot-dip galvanized light steel structure, combined with high-strength anti-aging agricultural film, with an overall arched streamline shape, simple structure but excellent snow and wind resistance. The coverage method is flexible and diverse, and composite structures such as single-layer film, double-layer film, or pure insect proof net can be selected according to actual needs.
The film adopts a new domestic technology, and its service life is extended by 2-4 years compared to ordinary agricultural film. This greenhouse is widely used in various agricultural production scenarios such as vegetable planting, fruit planting, seedling cultivation, and hydroponics, and can flexibly select heating or cooling systems according to different climatic environments. The skeleton is made of Q235B or above hot-dip galvanized steel, with a galvanized layer thickness exceeding industry standards, ensuring long-term stability in humid, high humidity, or corrosive gas environments. The structural design takes into account both strength and elastic redundancy, and can withstand large static and dynamic loads (such as snow and strong winds). A: Yes. We provide film replacement manuals. It is easier to operate on windless, cloudy days. We also offer on-site film replacement or remote technical guidance services.

Q: How is the wind and snow load resistance of the film greenhouse? Is it suitable for windy/snowy areas?
A: The standard configuration offers snow load resistance of 0.26KN/m² and wind load resistance of 0.28KN/m², upgradable to 0.8KN/m² according to local climate. The hot-dip galvanized steel pipe frame can also be reinforced with additional columns and braces to adapt to windy and snowy regions.

Q: Do you provide installation services? Is remote guidance feasible?

Q: How long does the frame of a film greenhouse last? Is it prone to rust?
A: The frame uses hot-dip galvanized steel pipes with a service life of 10-15 years under normal use, with excellent rust and corrosion resistance. High-zinc coated pipes are available for coastal high-humidity and high-salt areas to further extend service life.
