The main body of the Sainpoly Multi-Span Greenhouse is made of high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel frame, with a standard galvanized layer of ≥ 180g/m ², which can be upgraded to ≥ 275g/m ² and treated with spray anti-corrosion. It has a wind resistance load of 0.28KN/m ² and a snow resistance load of 0.26KN/m ². Users can customize and upgrade it to a wind resistance load of 0.8KN/m ² and a snow resistance load of 0.6KN/m ² according to the extreme meteorological conditions of the project location, covering the operational safety requirements of wind and blizzard areas above level 9.

It is suitable for different regions and climates, with excellent light transmission and anti-aging performance, and is compatible with a variety of application scenarios such as large-scale vegetable planting, intensive seedling breeding, and agricultural scientific research experiments.

Durable and sturdy structure

Q235B and above grade hot-rolled steel is selected and treated with hot-dip galvanizing for corrosion resistance. The standard adhesion amount of the galvanized layer is ≥ 180g/㎡, which can be upgraded to ≥ 275g/㎡ according to the usage environment, or a spray sealing layer can be added on top of the galvanized foundation to significantly improve salt spray and acid alkali corrosion resistance.
