Product Description
The semi-closed greenhouse adopts Q235 hot-dip galvanized steel frame and aluminum alloy gutter, which is resistant to wind and snow, corrosion, and has a service life of over 20 years. The shed is equipped with high transmittance diffuse glass, which provides uniform and soft light transmission, improving photosynthetic efficiency and crop quality. The core is equipped with FCU intelligent climate system, which realizes ventilation, heating, cooling, humidification, dehumidification, and CO ₂ closed-loop control, ensuring stable environment and significantly reducing energy costs. The semi-closed structure combined with reinforced insect nets effectively reduces pests, diseases, and pesticide use. Compatible with water and fertilizer integration, LED fill light, mist spray humidification, intelligent Internet of Things and other systems, it meets the requirements of continuous planting throughout the year, adapts to complex climates such as high temperature and severe cold, and provides modern planting solutions with high yield, low consumption, safety and stability.

The main body of the semi-closed greenhouse is composed of Q235 hot-dip galvanized steel and aluminum alloy gutters to form a load-bearing frame. The galvanized layer effectively delays the corrosion process, and the section stiffness and bending strength meet the requirements of high wind and snow loads. The connection nodes have been optimized and designed with sufficient redundancy in the overall structure, and the designed service life is not less than 20 years.

The greenhouse cover layer is made of high transmittance diffuse tempered glass, with a full spectrum transmittance of not less than 91.5%.
