Product Description
SAINPOLY semi-closed greenhouses are designed for commercial cultivation of high-value special medicinal crops. Biosafety serves as the core requirement for planting such crops.
We adopt over 50-mesh insect-proof net for full air intake filtration, positive-pressure insect prevention design, double-door access biosecurity channel and optional HEPA filters to realize full-process biosafety control covering air, personnel and materials.
The semi-closed structure delivers precise temperature control of ±0.5℃ and stable CO₂ concentration at 800–1200 ppm. Matched with full-spectrum LED supplementary lighting for accurate photoperiod control, it achieves far more consistent annual crop quality compared with traditional greenhouses.
The main frame is made of Q235B or higher-grade steel with hot-dip galvanization, boasting a design service life over 15 years.
