The Sainpoly Polycarbonate greenhouse is aimed at the global commercial planting market, and its structure can withstand a snow load of 0.8KN/㎡ and strong winds of level 12, with a design life of over 20 years. In terms of insulation performance, an integrated solution of double-layer solar panels, internal insulation curtains, and a reserved heating is adopted, which can stabilize the temperature above 10 ℃ at night in winter and provide sufficient light transmission during the day, effectively addressing winter planting pain points such as low temperature, weak light, and high energy consumption. The service scope includes climate adaptation design, factory customized production, and on-site installation and commissioning, providing one-stop technical support.
Product Advantages
Durable and sturdy structure: The main frame is made of Q235B or higher grade hot-rolled steel, which has been treated with hot-dip galvanizing technology. The thickness of the galvanized layer is ≥ 180g/㎡, significantly higher than the industry standard. The skeleton has strong load-bearing capacity and can withstand the self weight and additional loads of large-span structures. Its designed service life exceeds 15 years.
High transmittance: The transmittance of the solar panel is ≥ 90%, which avoids crop burns and promotes photosynthesis.
Modular intelligent control: supports optional electric film rolling system, wet curtain fan cooling system, external shading system, internal insulation system, and IoT control cabinet. Users can remotely adjust environmental parameters such as temperature, light, water, and gas through their mobile phones or PCs to meet the needs of different crop growth stages.
