The Sainpoly Gothic greenhouse adopts a combination of hot-dip galvanized light steel structure and high-strength anti-aging agricultural film. The unique arched streamlined apex design combines snow removal efficiency and wind resistance, with a simple structure but excellent load-bearing capacity. The film uses domestically produced new process materials, which extend its service life by 2-4 years compared to ordinary agricultural film, effectively reducing customer replacement frequency and maintenance costs. Suitable for diverse planting scenarios such as vegetable cultivation, fruit cultivation, seedling cultivation, and hydroponics. Cold Resistance Insulation

In winter, when the temperature is above -25 ℃, vegetables freeze to death. Taking full advantage of the ample internal space of the Gothic pointed structure, a double-layer inflatable film cover (air insulation layer)+internal insulation curtain+reserved heating interface are configured. The double-layer film structure effectively blocks the conduction of outdoor cold air to the indoor environment, and the insulation performance is improved by more than 30% compared to single-layer film.

Snowproof Roof

The risk of snow collapse. Gothic spires or steep arched roofs have good snow sliding performance. Combined with reinforced trusses, enlarged main skeletons, and high-strength bolted connections, a complete anti snow bearing system is formed. The design value of snow load covers 0.2-0.8kN/m2, and can be customized and selected according to the meteorological conditions of the project site.

High Light Transmittance

The light time is short, and the vegetable growth is slow. The high light transmittance, anti-aging and anti dripping film is selected as the cover layer of the Gothic temperature chamber, with the light transmittance up to 90%, to maximize the natural light collection; And an optional LED plant supplementary lighting system can be selected to extend the daily effective light duration to 14 hours, ensuring the normal growth rate of crops.

Energy Saving System

High energy costs.The double-layer inflatable film structure enhances the insulation performance of the enclosure structure through an air layer, and the continuous operation of the air pump ensures the stability of the insulation layer. The zone control system realizes fine management of the heating area, which can reduce winter heating energy consumption by more than 30% compared to single-layer film greenhouses.
